Let me fly...

I jump

And plummet down

How far will I fall

Fear is frozen

Time is still

Life is now

Need I despair

Shall I cry out

I cannot be caged

I believe

And heed no warning

The one I am to be will become

I swoop and dive

I am free

I fly

Forever let me fly free

Like a “johari” or a “kabaari”
(take your pick)
I like to pluck
From muck
A single phrase, a thought
Pay it homage
And promptly usurp it.

I want to hold on to you
“My meager ration of peace”
I love that!

But why?

Do I feel short changed?
Do you?
Nyah! We’re both too arrogant
To feel that – let alone
admit it!

It’s just recognition of
That desire.
That burning, yearning, churning
For that
“One moment of pure life”

I refuse to call
Ignorance bliss
I want the whole orgasm
So take your #@%^ kiss

and plant it
where the sun don’t shine
the profanity, Shahnaz,
is all mine!

But thanks babes
For the venting
And while
I am commenting

That “muck” reference was Poetic license but the “We adopted a cat together. Gave it life and watched it grow” is positively Kitschy.

My dear friend!

I laughed so hard.... It has been a while. How are you and what's new at your end?

Kitschy indeed. You are one to speak. I do believe in "OMA" days you reigned supreme in the land of poetic Kitsch!

Billa is quite a story. Trust me, perfectly charming and not at all kitschy. It is an open site after all and I have at least a few visitors who stop by merely to get fodder for their next gossip fest. So while being fool enough to bare my soul on an open forum I do have to maintain a minute degree of cunning in conveying my sentiment somewhat blurred and yet perfectly clear to those in the know.

That said, go on admit it, kitschy or not you love to visit.

I for on am delighted that we get to chat. If you lived closer we'd be a force to be reckoned with

;)
