PEEPS!!!

PEEPS!!

Update:

STILL no TV!!! I am so tired of it... I am living in my kitchen and my butt hurts from watching TV on my li'l kitchen TV while sitting on my kitchen chairs!

I miss my leather recliner in the TV room. I sprawl on the rug in the kitchen but it just isn't the same! (I said kitchen too many times...) KITCHEN!!!

Sam, Hasan, Fahad, Ugghani....all peeps!! Send me links, thinks, and everything in between. Budget is as cheap as I can get (big money is for shoes... or should i say, Choos- Jimmy Choos to be exact!)this is just a TV! I am cheap when it comes to that. A fabulous pair of Jimmy Choos on the other hand is worth every penny!

Oh yar, sorry for not asking your preferred size and make of tv. Today I picked up the paper from the terrace and surprised by seeing my very own Shahnaz on the title of US.
I enjoyed a lot.

Shahnaz,
There isnt really much advice I can give you about which TV to choose and why, since I am not very brand concious and anything that works and has the lowest price tag is usually fine with me. I do most of my electronics shopping from Walmart since they offer lower prices. Deals2Buy sometimes have good offers.
Here are a few links:

Shafaq, Thanks for informing us about the US interview. Here is the online version:

http://jang.com.pk/thenews/oct2008-weekly/us-10-10-2008/p20.htm#1

A lot of information there about our favourite celebrity friend :).

Here is this excerpt:

"Currently, she lives in New York, and is completing her Masters in Counseling from Wake Forest University, NC. She also works as a Human Relations Commissioner for the city of High Point, NC. And she is also a Board Member for the American Red Cross High Point chapter, and a member of the Davidson Diversity Council. She is a member of the Ethics Committee at a local hospital and a Community Contributor for the local Newspaper (she does all of the above as voluntary work!). She is a single mother of an eight year old daughter."

All that in addition to painting, poetry, and taking care of all us peeps individually!!!!! She also took a 4.0 GPA in Bachelors

Shahnaz: Tell us truthfully, are you from this planet or are you the super-girl from Krypton? Anyways, it is clear to me now that you are certainly much greater than a mere celeb.

BTW: great to know that you went to ICG and OPF. I am an old Islamabdite (Lived in Isloo from 1977 to 1998). Both my sisters went to ICG and my parents still live there. I just love my Isloo.

lol thanks!
yeah the 4.00 makes me gloat a little to much! but it is also a little exhausting because being a perfectionist i have to do great otherwise it kills me... it is draining and exhausting most days! i am learing to let go of perfectionism.... it's a tough battle!

Certainly, you can buy these online using your credit/debit card. Some special prices are only available online. Shipping times can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks. There might be some nominal shipping charges as well. I have ordered online several times and it works very well. You may also use these links as a catalogue to select the items you want to buy and then visit the closeset store to buy them. This way you can avoid the waiting period.

I agree with you on the GPA thing. I figured that out quite early so never really went for a 4.0...Usually 3.50 was a good enough target for me..

But its surely an amazing achievement and you have all the right to be proud and gloat about it.

hasan... tell that to the hidden antagonist who gives me jibes when it isn't all "perfect"!!!

hasan said...

Well I guess that antagonist is what differentiates you from ordinary mortals like me ;)
