Roses...

Her cheek had the pale pearly pink
Of sea shells, the world's sweetest tint...
As though she lived,
One half might deem...
On roses sopp'd
In pearly dew....
(m)

I came home to a box of two dozen long stemmed... and these beautiful verses...
How lovely!

Hugs a lot m.....

hey shahnaz, it was my special day on 16th...

my 26th birthday..

wanted to move away from the hassle of the urban life... so I went to the village Budhial, near my native city Talagang...

It was a beautiful clean nice peaceful place having vast green meadows, with semi-mountainous terrain... and hound-sized wild brown rabbits..

Awesome life those people live...

They have ALL the basic necessities available IN A VILLAGE...except tertiary care-hospitals

Anyways, what attracted me thr was the FOSSILS of marine animals discovered recently from that village..

Fossils from the DINO era...

excited I was...

but all evaporated when i came to know that gov. people took those fossils to a museum near Kallar Kahar...

BUT... it was worth it... i discovered the serene soothing environs of the rural Punjab...

and Now i know where to go for wild-rabbit hunting..:D
