they have expanded

they are

almost
exemplified
epitomizing
me
self
myself
i am quite elated
i am much satisfied
i am stronger than i have ever been
safer than i have ever been
happier than i have ever been
it is quite a moment indeed
when i realize this
i am amazingly

grown up
